Access To Databases And eJournals

At this time, we are unable to offer off campus access to alumni. You are welcome to use our electronic resources (with a few exceptions) in the Library. The majority of the public computers are on Floors 1 and 2. If you want to save articles, we recommend a flash drive.

Computers

Wireless is restricted to current Mines students, faculty, and staff. You are welcome to use our public computers. Note the public computers are intended for Internet use and do not have Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.

Library Membership

Do you pay your alumni dues?

Yes. Are you a resident of Colorado? Yes. You have a free membership to the library.
No. Are you a resident of Colorado? Yes. Ask how you can become a member at the Front Desk, by email, or by phone (303-273-3698). Cost of a membership.

Sorry, library memberships are not available to out-of-state residents.

What does your membership get you?

Ability to check materials out of the Library. More about your privileges.
Use of Prospector (regional catalog) to request materials from other Colorado and Wyoming libraries.
Access to interlibrary loan service (note there is an additional fee).
